Hi ! I am Mei-Ju Shih (施美如), a senior researcher in Foxconn Advanced Communiction Academy. I also serve as a delegate in 3GPP RAN2 WG dedicating to the standardization of the next-generation celluar network, especially 5G. I received my Ph.D. degree from Gratudate Institute of Communication Engineering (GICE), National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei, Taiwan, in 2016. My research interest focuses on the resource allocation and protocol design in the next-generation wireless mobile broadband networks such as Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications, Device-to-Device (D2D) communications, unlicensed LTE, New Radio (NR), and non-public network (NPN). I am an IEEE member in IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Vehicular Technology Society and IEEE Women in Engineering.
